Key column identification is fully automatic
Automatic identification requires consistent data in key columns

• Automatic Column Identification

Automatically finds the best key column in the destination sheet
Identifies the corresponding column in the source sheet by analyzing data
Reduces human errors in column selection
Allows inserting new data into already populated columns without deleting existing data, preserving previous information

How to Use

Ensure you are in the destination sheet where you want to copy the results
The source data can be in the same file or another Excel file
Choose whether to use an already opened file or open a new one
Select the sheet containing the source data
Column Selection
Select the columns you want to import from the source sheet
Columns do not need to be adjacent
Choose how to handle missing values (e.g., “N/A”)
Specify where to place the results, including a cell description

Important Notice: When inserting new result columns between already populated ones, it is crucial to add empty columns in advance. This precaution prevents overwriting existing data, which might not be easily recoverable.
