Zoom IN / Zoom OUT Zoom in or out on a specific range within the worksheet

Data Cleaning

• Uppercase – Convert text to uppercase
• Lowercase – Convert text to lowercase
• Capitalize – Capitalize the first letter of each word
• Search and Replace – Quickly find and replace text within the sheet
• Trim Leading Spaces / Trim Trailing Spaces – Remove unwanted spaces
• Remove Punctuation – Clean text by removing punctuation
• Add/Subtract Time – Adjust date/time values
• Remove Empty Rows – Delete blank rows to clean up data

Selection

• Selection by Text or Numbers – Select cells containing specific text or numbers
• Select Empty Cells / Select Non-Empty Cells – Quickly find blank or filled cells
