Copy All
Copies the entire column from a source file to a destination file
Ideal for full data transfers
Copy If Matches
Copies data only if a match exists between columns
Uses a lookup column to align data
Copy If More Recent
Transfers the most updated data
Compares and replaces existing values
Copy If Value is Greater
Copies only data exceeding a predefined threshold
Useful for filtering data based on numeric criteria
How to Use
Source File Selection
Choose from open Excel files or load a new file
Select specific sheets from which to copy data
Choose the columns to transfer
Destination Configuration
Select the destination file
Choose the receiving sheets
Map source columns to destination columns
Defining Conditions
Select the copy mode
Configure any required parameters (lookup column, threshold, etc.)
Automation Management
Adding an Automation
Click the “Add Automation” button
Enter a name for the automation
Follow the guided configuration process
Removing an Automation
Select the automation from the list
Click the “Remove Automation” button
Confirm the deletion
Executing an Automation
Select the automation from the list
Click the “Execute” button
Wait for the process to complete
Snapshot & Restore
Before execution, EasySheet Pro automatically creates a snapshot of the destination sheet:
Saves the initial state of the sheet
Allows easy restoration of the previous version if needed
